Anti-cancer Vegetables

Vegetables is the healthier choice among beans, fruits, nuts/seeds and whole grains.

A scientific study on 34 common vegetables against 8 types of human cancer cells shown vegetables have very different inhibitory activities towards cancer cells and that the inclusion of cruciferous and Allium vegetables in the diet is essential for effective dietary-based chemo preventive strategies.
